1. Overview

FunnyWheel is a spinning wheel joke application that generates random jokes and humor content. All data processing occurs locally on your device, and we do not collect or transmit any information about you to our servers or third-party services.

2. What Data We Collect

FunnyWheel collects no personal data. We do not collect, request, or store:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Location data or GPS information
• Device identifiers (IDFA, GAID, etc.)
• Analytics or usage data
• Behavioral tracking information
• Information about your contacts, photos, or device files

3. Local Data Storage

FunnyWheel stores the following information locally on your device only using AsyncStorage:

• Joke History: A record of jokes you've viewed within the app. This is stored solely for your convenience to help you remember previous jokes.
• Premium Purchase Status: A record of your premium subscription status to enable access to premium joke categories.

This data never leaves your device. You control when this data is deleted by clearing your app data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.

4. In-App Purchases

FunnyWheel offers premium joke categories through in-app purchases ($2.99 USD). Premium purchases are processed through:

• Apple App Store (for iOS devices)
• Google Play Store (for Android devices)

Your purchase transaction is handled directly by Apple or Google. FunnyWheel does not receive, process, or store your payment information. Your purchase status is stored locally on your device to unlock premium features. 5. Third-Party Services

FunnyWheel does not integrate, use, or share data with any third-party services, including:

• Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks or SDKs

• Cloud storage services (except Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases)

6. Server Communication

FunnyWheel operates entirely offline. No data is transmitted to FunnyWheel servers or any external servers. The app functions independently on your device without requiring internet connectivity for core features.

7. Permissions

FunnyWheel requests only the permissions necessary to function properly. We do not request permissions for camera, microphone, contacts, photos, location, or any other sensitive device features.

8. Children's Privacy

FunnyWheel is designed to be family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since FunnyWheel collects no personal data, we do not maintain any information about users of any age. • Local data is stored securely using your device's built-in storage encryption
• No data is transmitted over networks, eliminating transmission security risks
• The app does not contain tracking or monitoring code

• Right to Deletion: You can delete local data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app
